This is a mental health awareness poster that I created using Adobe Illustrator for an AIGA Triad Poster Exhibit. Creating media for social issues like mental health awareness and more is very important in today’s world, especially as a graphic designer. The purpose of the poster was to comfort others and encourage them to reach out for help if they need it. The design is intended to be simple so that it is more approachable unlike other mental health awareness posters usually seen.
